Customer Data Deletion
At Youzafy, your privacy matters. If you wish to delete your personal data from our store, we’re here to help.
What data can be deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your name and contact information
- Your address and shipping details
- Your email ID
- Any other personal information in your customer profile
Please note: For legal and business purposes we must retain certain transaction details (order dates, products purchased, and payment amounts) — these records will be kept without personal identifiers.
How to request data deletion
- Send an email to info@yozafy.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Any order numbers (if available)
- A confirmation that you want your personal data deleted
- We will process your request within 14 days and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Important information
- Deleting your data cannot be undone; once removed it cannot be recovered.
- Active subscriptions or pre-orders may be canceled as part of the deletion process.
- The deletion process may take up to 14 days.
- You can place new orders in the future, but you will need to create a new account.
