If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll even cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are usually processed within 4 weeks, including shipping and bank processing times, but often you’ll get your money back sooner.

Returning is simple: just log in to your account, go to Complete Orders, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is processed.
