Our Return Commitment

At Yozafy we are committed to ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and we have designed our return policy to be fair transparent and straightforward.

30 Day Return Window. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective damaged or significantly different from what was described. Please read the full policy below before submitting a return request.

Eligible Returns

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective due to manufacturing fault
  • Item is significantly different from the product description or images
  • Wrong item received — not what was ordered
  • Item never arrived and is confirmed lost in transit
  • Item has a major quality issue that affects its intended use
Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@yozafy.com

Non-Eligible Returns

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
  • Item has been used damaged or altered by the customer
  • Return request submitted after 30 days of delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling by the customer
  • Minor colour or size variations due to screen display differences
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase

Refund Options

Once your return request is approved we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

Damaged or defective item Full refund or free replacement 3 — 5 business days
Wrong item received Full refund or correct item reshipped 3 — 5 business days
Item lost in transit Full refund or free reship 3 — 7 business days
Significantly not as described Full refund 3 — 5 business days
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

How to Request a Return

Follow these simple steps to submit a return request:

  • Step 1 — Email us at support@yozafy.com with subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  • Step 2 — Include your order number full name and reason for return
  • Step 3 — Attach clear photos or video showing the issue with the item
  • Step 4 — Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours
  • Step 5 — If approved we will confirm next steps and process your resolution

Do not return items without approval. Unauthorised returns sent without prior approval from our team may not be accepted and could delay your resolution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping requirements depend on the nature of the issue:

  • For defective damaged or wrong items — Yozafy covers all return shipping costs
  • In most cases we will provide a prepaid return label or offer a refund without requiring the item back
  • We may ask you to dispose of the item locally if return shipping is not cost effective
Please note: Do not ship any item back without receiving written confirmation and instructions from our support team first.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window your order may have already been processed and dispatched.

  • To cancel email support@yozafy.com immediately with your order number
  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours receive a full refund
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled — please follow return process instead
