Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time includes both processing and shipping combined.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped
  • A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please:

  • Check with neighbours or building reception for your parcel
  • Check all delivery points at your address including mailbox and porch
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • Contact us at support@yozafy.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date

Our commitment: If your package is confirmed lost in transit we will reship your order or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
